	History:	Signed in 1977 from US 422 to the Warren Street Bypass.  In 1998, the northern terminus was moved to its current location.  On November 4, 2004, the southern terminus was moved from the US 422 interchange to its current location when the US 222 designation was moved to the newly opened expressway.
