From I-95:
Exit 22 - I-676/US 30/Central Philadelphia/Independence Hall
Exit at 6th Street and the entrance to the parking garage will be on the left after Arch Street

From I-476 South:
Exit 16 - I-76 East/Philadelphia
Take I-76 East to Exit 344 - I-676/US 30 East/Central Philadelphia
Exit at 8th Street and follow signs for Independence Hall
Turn right onto 8th Street then left on Market Street
Turn left onto 5th Street and the entrance to the parking garage will be on the left in the middle of the block
