Updated the Pennsylvania Welcomes You Sign (I2-101), added the Sponsor-A-Highway Acknowledgment Sign (I20-1) and Adopt-A-Highway Thank You Plaque (I20-2-5P), removed the directional arrow from the Recycling Center Sign (I4-2), changed reference codes on some signs, and replaced Clearview font with Highway Gothic font for the Overhead Roadway Identification Sign (I18-1) on the Information Signs section of the Pennsylvania MUTCD

Updated the Interstate 380 with the bridge replacement project over Roaring Brook and the Delaware, Lackawanna and Western (DL&W) Railroad line, and the Interstate 84 and Interstate 380 exit guides to reflect the reconfiguration of the PA 435 interchange.  Added a copy of the 2012 edition of the Handbook of Approved Signs to the Pennsylvania MUTCD.
